দেশের বৃহত্তম আইটি (IT) কোম্পানি টাটা কনসালটেন্সি সার্ভিসেস (টিসিএস) [Tata Consultancy Services (TCS)] তরুণ পেশাদারদের জন্য একটি বিনামূল্যে অনলাইন কোর্স - "টিসিএস আইওন ক্যারিয়ার এজ" [TCS iON Career Edge] ঘোষণা করেছে। কোর্সটির মেয়াদ হলো 15 দিনের। TCS -এর মতে, তাদের মূল উদ্দেশ্যেই হলো TCS iON Career Edge এই কোর্সটির মাধ্যমে তরুণ পেশাদারদের কর্মসংস্থান দক্ষতা [employability skills] উন্নত করা। এই কোর্সটির মাধ্যমে তারা কমিউনিকেশন (communication), কলাবোরেশন (collaboration), বিসনেস এটিকেট (business etiquette), ফিনান্সিয়াল এন্ড ডিজিটাল লিটারেসি (financial and digital literacy) এই সমস্ত বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে নিজেদের কর্মসংস্থান দক্ষতা আরো উন্নত করতে পারবে। কোর্সটি যে কোনও সময়, যে কোনও জায়গা থেকে এবং যে কোনও ডিভাইস (মোবাইল / ল্যাপটপ / ডেস্কটপ / ট্যাব ) থেকেই অ্যাক্সেস করা যাবে।

আসুন তাহলে TCS iON Career Edge এই কোর্সটির যোগ্যতা, সিলেবাস, সময়কাল ইত্যাদি বিষয়ে জেনে নেওয়া যাক।

 

যোগ্যতা (Eligibility): যে কেও এই এই কোর্সটি করতে পারবেন ফ্রেশার (fresher's), আন্ডার গ্রাজুয়েট (Undergraduates),  গ্রাজুয়েট (graduates), পোস্ট গ্রাজুয়েট (postgraduates) সবাই আবেদন করতে পারবেন।

সময়কাল (Duration):

কোর্সটির মেয়াদ 15 দিন। প্রতি সপ্তাহে কমপক্ষে 7-10 ঘন্টা কোর্সটি করতে হবে। এবং নিজেই দেখে অনলাইনে পড়াশুনা করতে হবে (Online Self-paced learning)।

 

“TCS iON Career Edge” Modules:

কোর্সটিতে 14 টি মডিউল রয়েছে । একজন শিক্ষার্থী প্রতিটি মডিউল 1-2 ঘন্টার মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করতে পারবেন। প্রতিটি মডিউলে রয়েছে ভিডিও, বিভিন্ন বিষয়ে প্রেসেন্টেশন, রিডিং মেটেরিয়াল, টিসিএস বিশেষজ্ঞদের (TCS experts) রেকর্ড করাওয়েবিনার এবং মডিউলের শেষে রয়েছে মূল্যায়ন (self-assessments)।

কোর্সের শেষে আপনি কি শিখলেন এই বিষয়ে একটি মূল্যায়ন (Exam) রয়েছে। কোর্স সফলভাবে শেষ হলে, শিক্ষার্থীরা একটি সার্টিফিকেট পাবেন। এছাড়াও, শিক্ষার্থীদের জন্য একটি মডারেটেড ডিজিটাল ডিসকাশন রুম থাকবে সেখানে তারা তাদের প্রশ্ন পোস্ট করতে পারবেন এবং তাদের কোয়ারিগুলি (queries) একে ওপরের সাথে শেয়ার (share) করতে পারবেন।
